Embed Our Insulation Calculators On Your Site

One block of HTML puts any of our four Greeley insulation calculators on your own page. No JavaScript to install, no account, no tracking code, and nothing to sign.

What you are installing

No JavaScript, no tracking, no cookies

  • No JavaScript for you to install. Every block below contains no <script> tag, so nothing of ours runs in your page and there is no snippet for you to keep up to date. To be precise about what that does and does not mean: the calculator itself is JavaScript and it runs inside the frame, in your visitor's browser. What you are not installing is any of our code in your page. If a visitor has scripting turned off, the frame says so and links them to the full calculator.
  • No tracking, no analytics, no cookies. The frame sets no cookie, loads no analytics and sends no pixel. It does not know who your visitor is and does not try to find out.
  • No third-party requests. The only network request the embed makes is loading itself from our server. No fonts, no stylesheets, no images, no tag managers.
  • No form and no email capture. Your visitor cannot be asked for contact details inside the frame, because there is nothing in there to ask with.
  • Everything is computed in the browser. Your visitor's answers are never sent anywhere.

According to the International Energy Conservation Code, the 2021 IECC sets a minimum ceiling insulation R-value of R-60 in Climate Zone 5 under Table R402.1.3, and Section R402.2.1 allows R-49 to satisfy that requirement only where the full height of uncompressed R-49 insulation extends over the wall top plate at the eaves.

Attic R-Value Calculator

Turn an attic's depth and material into an R-value and compare it with Greeley's adopted 2021 IECC target. Runs in the browser; nothing is sent.

  </p>
</div>

The frame is set to 2460px tall, and that is a measured number rather than a default. Every result this tool can produce was clicked and measured at 304, 320, 375, 480, 768 and 1024 pixels of frame width — 304 because a page with the browser's default 8px body margin hands a 320px screen only 304px of iframe, which is where a height chosen at 320 quietly clips. The figure above is the tallest of those, plus clearance, rounded up. It leaves the link below the frame visible at every width we tested.

If your own layout squeezes the frame below 304px — a narrow sidebar, or a container with heavy padding on a small phone — raise both the height attribute and the inline height style together. They have to move as a pair: a content management system that strips inline styles leaves the attribute behind, and an iframe with neither falls back to 150px.

Attribution

Keep the credit link intact

The attribution link is required. It is the plain <a> tag below the frame in each block above, and it must stay as it is: a normal, crawlable link pointing at the calculator page. Please do not remove it, hide it with CSS, replace it with an image, move it inside the frame, or add rel="nofollow" to it. That one link is the entire price of the tool.

Everything else is yours to fit your layout. Change the height, wrap the block in your own container, restyle the caption's font to match your type — all fine.

Terms, in plain language: you may put these calculators on any site you control, for free, for as long as you like, with no permission needed and no notice to us, provided the attribution link stays intact and followable. We may change or improve what is inside the frame. If the link comes out, the permission to embed comes with it.

One note on what the tools will and will not tell your readers. None of the four asks which town the visitor is in, so none of them names a payer in its verdict: they report what was measured and send the reader to their own gas utility. Which gas utility runs the insulation rebate depends on your town: Atmos Energy is the natural gas utility in Greeley, Evans and Eaton, while Xcel Energy is the natural gas utility in Johnstown, for most of Milliken, and for most locations in Severance.

According to the Colorado Energy Office's Weatherization Assistance Program, the Weatherization Assistance Program provides no-cost weatherization services for qualified residents and homes, and lists insulation in attic, floors, and walls among the services a household may receive based on the results of its required free home energy audit.
